We do not offer fixed packages for treatment. At our clinic, every treatment is personalised and individualised according to each person’s condition. Different illnesses have different stages of progression, and every individual has a unique recovery speed. Some may require only one session, while others may benefit from several sessions. Our physicians will assess your needs and recommend the most suitable treatment plan for you.  

All our consultations and treatments are carried out by licensed and qualified TCM physicians to ensure services provided are professional, safe, personalised and effective.

At the same time, if we find that another physician in our team has deeper expertise in your specific condition, we may refer you for their care. This way, our team of physicians works together to offer you a more holistic and specialised treatment approach.

Yes, our clinic and physicians are MOH-registered, and our TCM treatments are claimable under both insurance and corporate coverage (depending on your individual policy). Do inform us during your visit so we can assist you with the claim process.
